You can explore, talk to people and even play mini games. As you go through soft you will unlock more content. I think that gameplay itself is quite solid, though as with all these apps in this genre it is difficult to really get into. Gameplay in Taffy Tales PC is pretty standard. You talk to people and get them to have sex with you. There are some mini-games thrown in which are a nice touch.
